On November 1, at the next meeting of the Presidium of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, discuessed the implementation of the "State Program of Azerbaijani Youth in 2017-2021" at ANAS.

Speaking at the meeting, Academician Akif Alizadeh, President of ANAS, said that the main goal of the youth policy implemented in the country is to create conditions for active participation of young people in all spheres of society. The head of ANAS in connection with relevant measures with ANAS in cooperation with other organizations in the "State Program on Azerbaijani Youth 2017-2021", approved by President Ilham Aliyev's Order dated 15 September 2017 to achieve the goals set in this direction said that important tasks were put forward. The academician said that the Action Plan was prepared to ensure the execution of the tasks assigned to ANAS.

Following the discussion, the Presidium approved the "Action Plan on the implementation of the State Program of Azerbaijani Youth in the years 2017-2021 by ANAS". The heads of scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS have been given assignments to ensure the implementation of the activities envisaged in the Action Plan for the implementation of the State Program.
