An event dedicated to the 70th jubilee of Honored Culture Worker Rasim Alasgarov was organized by Aran regional branch of National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS, Executive Power of Shamakhi region, Azerbaijan Ashugs Union.

At the meeting held at the Cultural Center of Shamakhi, the well-known figures of science, culture and art participated in the meeting.

The event was opened by the head of the Aran department of the museum, PhD   on philology Yagut Bahadur gizi and gave information about Rasim Alasgarov's life and creativity.

Then Deputy Chief of Shamakhi District Executive Power, Head of Social-Political and Humanitarian Affairs Department Gulnisa Alekperova, Head of Ismayilli Regional Culture and Tourism Department Elnur Huseynov, Honored Artist, Head of Natig Rhythm Group Natig Shirinov and others shared views on the artistic activity of the artist and wished him creative successes.

People's Artist Zabit Nabizade, Honored Culture Workers, Ashig Ahliman Rahimov, Ashug Agamurad Israfilov, Rahman Rasim oglu, art figures Avazkhan Khankishiyev, Ashiq Ali Tapdig oglu and others spoke about the achievements of the well-known artist Rasim Alasgarov.

Then the event was continued with an artistic part.
