The winners of the Presidium of ANAS have been known for their effective activity in the field of popularization of science at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

Totally 22 cases were submitted by individual persons and collectives to the competition, and a final assessment was made at the next meeting of the Presidium of ANAS on February 14, head of the Office of Public Relations and Science Popularization of Presidium of ANAS, Zulfugar Farzaliyev lined out.

Director of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, correspondent member of ANAS Misir Mardanov and the head of Scientific and Technical Information Department of the Institute for scientific and scientific-popular works Professor Ramiz Aslanov have been awarded the prize.
