In April 2018, the 110th anniversary of the prominent Azerbaijani scientist and well-known public figure, academician Musa Mirza oglu Aliyev will be completed.

Musa Aliyev, who has made a worthy contribution to the development of geological science in Azerbaijan, has also been acknowledged as a great science organizer, as the President of the Academy of Sciences, has gained significant achievements in the formation of intellectual potential in the republic.

Guided by Article 32, paragraph 109, of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to ensure the 110th anniversary of academician Musa Aliyev, taking into account special services in increasing the scientific potential of the country and transforming it into national wealth, as well as in the training of highly qualified personnel, I hereby decree:

1. to prepare and implement a plan of events dedicated to the 110th anniversary of academician Musa Aliyev

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Order.
