ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature after Nizami Ganjavi  held the "Open Day" devoted  to the International Museum Day on May 18.

Today, the museum was visited by schoolchildren, teacher and student staff and foreigners, who temporary accommodated in the country. They were informed about the outstanding representatives of Azerbaijani literature, museum exhibits and important literary facts.

The number of museum visitors was 3000.

Goal of the event were to acquaintance citizens with the national and cultural heritage of Azerbaijan and support the role of museums in cultural enlightenment of society.
