In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the extension of the special quarantine regime in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the removal of some restrictions in connection with this regime” of May 1, 2020, the special quarantine regime was extended until May 31, 2020. At the same time, a decision was made to mitigate some restrictions from May 4, 2020, and the corresponding instructions were given to the heads of government agencies.

Given this, ANAS President academician Ramiz Mehdiyev signed a decree "On regulating the attendance of ANAS employees in connection with the extension of the special quarantine regime in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan."

According to the decree, in all scientific institutions, organizations and services of ANAS in quarantine mode it is allowed to call to work no more than 30% of the total number of employees and apply shift work if necessary.

It is also recommended that employees called and not called to work strictly abide by the rules of the pandemic and quarantine conditions, to employees called up to work, provide official cards and other necessary documents, as well as prevent abuse of official cards.
