A meeting of the committee on culture, science, education and media took place in Paris prior to the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
The exchange of views was held at the Committee meeting with the participation of invited experts on a number of actual issues. Reports such as "The status of journalists in Europe", "Journalism ethics and its protection problem" have caused great interest.
