Dear representatives of the generation of young scientists!

As we know the Azerbaijan Republic has passed a responsible and nice way to the state independence, I have achieved great success. Our country holds big authority on the world. Now our voice has increased up to the level of high posts of the United Nations, progress has reached the level of the space country. Grandiose oil and gas and international thoroughfares with great strides have advanced Azerbaijan. The national intelligence, the sphere of science and education have made rapid progress, in National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan radical reforms have been undertaken.

The state independence of the Azerbaijan Republic is immortalized thanks to resolute policy of the national leader of our people Heydar Aliyev.

This far-sighted and purposeful state policy is consistently continued by the President of the country Ilham Aliyev.

In the 21st century, the modern line of development of President Ilham Aliyev, based on strategic views, is of great importance in the progress of modern Azerbaijan in all spheres and the transformation of the country into a strong state of social orientation. And this relies on a balanced foreign policy course and an optimized sound internal policy of the leader of an independent state.

The National Development Strategy, the basis of which was laid by the national leader Heydar Aliyev, is successfully continuing the "model of renewing Azerbaijan", which is oriented to large-scale reforms implemented by President Ilham Aliyev.

President Ilham Aliyev's reform line, reflecting the modernization of independent Azerbaijan, gives a big impetus to the fundamental changes and renewed development trends in the country. Evaluation by the President of 2016 in our republic as the "Period of Deep Reforms", and in 2017 - as the "Stage of accelerated reforms" clearly reflects the realities of great development. The large-scale reforms, programs and projects taking place in the country today cover a long strategic period.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is perceived all over the world, and we love our people as an outstanding statesman, ensuring the great future of our country. Representatives of the Azerbaijani intelligentsia, including thousands of scientists, see President Ilham Aliyev as a true leader, believe him and consider it a matter of honor to move forward under the leadership of our esteemed President.

We, scientists and young generation, representing the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, believe in the possibility of achieving great development under the leadership of Ilham Aliyev.

Everyone sincerely admits that, based on clear political thinking, broad pragmatism of President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan has become the world's largest power, one of the main suppliers of energy security for the West, and a dynamic development model.

Large-scale reforms and important achievements, successfully implemented in the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, open the way to new scientific achievements.

We, the scientists of the Republic of Azerbaijan, unanimously support and defend the candidacy of Ilham Aliyev for the presidential elections, which will be held on April 11, 2018.

We call upon our people, the scientific community of our country to participate in the presidential elections and vote for the bright future of Azerbaijan with Ilham Aliyev.
