Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to strengthen social protection of the active and corresponding members, ensuring further enhancement of their social protection I hereby decide:

1. From November 1, 2018 to establish a monthly salary for a degree of active members of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences of in the amount of 2000 manat, corresponding members - in the amount of 1200 manat.

2. Cancel Part 2 of the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Increasing the salary of workers of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences” dated July 1, 2002 No. 967 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2002, No. 7, Article 414; 2004, No. 10, Article 829; 2005, No. 3, Article 209; 2007, No. 4, Article 352; 2011, No. 4, Article 358).

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall resolve issues arising from this Order.
