On measures to improve the academic degrees and titles granting system
At the beginning of November, Azerbaijan has taken the 25th place among 190 countries, significantly improved its position in the global ranking of Doing Business-2018, prepared by analysts of the World Bank Group.
According to the experts, Azerbaijan are among the states-reformers of the Europe and Central Asia region, which made significant progress in carrying out economic reforms over the last year.
The reforms which are carried out within the last 15 years under the leadership of the President Ilham Aliyev allowed Azerbaijan to enter into top three of the region of Europe and Central Asia in global rating and to become the leader in reforms among the CIS countries.
