National Museum of Azerbaijani Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi has held an educational workshop on how to effectively use the Clarivate Analytics “Web of Science” information platform and the rules for publishing articles in international indexed journals.

During the event with the participation of doctoral students and dissertators of the Division of Humanities of ANAS, as well as the museum, a specialist in scientific information resources, Ph.D. in linguistics Valeria Kurmakayeva delivered a report. She informed about work with humanitarian journals in the Web of Science database, criteria for their selection, conditions for publishing articles (academic letter), and so on. It was noted that when searching for thematic information on an information platform, you can get the necessary information about quartiles and categories of publications, including hyperlinks to emerging magazines. V. Kurmakayeva also spoke about the central collection of the platform (Core collection).

Finally, discussions on this topic took place, questions of young scientists were responded.
