The staff of the National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS continues its scientific activity in the mode of social isolation and special quarantine. Thus, in connection with the 80th anniversary of the museum, preparations are underway for an international conference on "The role of classical Azerbaijani literature and art in national self-determination and regional cultural transfer" to be held in late 2020. Work is underway on a series of books to be published for this purpose.

Some of them are already ready for publication. Employees of the organization continue their work in connection with the 80th anniversary of the museum, as well as their specific research.

Meanwhile, the museum staff, as well as employees of the Aran Regional Branch named after Khagani Shirvani, Karabakh Branch named after Khurshidbanu Natavan and Russian-Azerbaijani Literary Relations Center named after Sergey Yesenin voluntarily transferred part of their monthly salary to the Coronavirus Relief Foundation.

The program "Evening Meetings", authored by the director of the museum academician Rafael Huseynov, broadcasts every week on Azerbaijan Radio. On March 31, Huseynov's new radio play "Confession of the Devil" was played.

In addition, academician R. Huseynov spoke at a virtual meeting of the political group of the Council of Europe "Alliance of Liberal Democrats for Europe" in Strasbourg. The scientist also attended virtual meetings of the Parliamentary Committee on Science and Education and commented on the draft laws.
