The Nobel Prize in Literature for 2017 is awarded to Kazuo Ishiguro"who, in novels of great emotional force, has uncovered the abyss beneath our illusory sense of connection with the world".

Kadzuo Isiguro was born in 1954 in Nagasaki, Japan, and later moved to Great Britain with his family when he was five years old. K. Isiguro, who began his literary activity in 1981, is one of the world's most famous contemporary art writers today. He was awarded various prizes for his works.

Note that the Nobel Prize in Literature is awarded since 1901. For the first time the award was given to the French poet Sülli-Prudoma. Last year, this award was received by American Bob Dilan, more popular musician.
