The seminars will discussed issues related to the functions of information resources at various stages of the preparation of articles and reports, the search for the most influential and relevant journals in different fields of science, the principles and requirements for publication in international scientific journals, ways to protect against "predatory" journals, and the effectiveness of scientific organizations and other important and relevant issues.

All seminars will be free of charge and in Russian.
