Separate fragments from the poem “Seven Beauties” by Nizami Ganjevi translated into Slovak and published in Bratislava.

The poet's invaluable poetry was translated into Slovak by Lubomir Feldek. The publication includes miniatures of the middle Ages, kept at ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature after N.Ganjavi.

The initiators and performers of the issue are the Danubius University of the Slovak Republic, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Slovakia and ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature after Nizami Ganjavi.

The book, titled “Çesta laski” - “The Path of Love”, begins with the “Preface” - “The Return of Nizami Ganjavi”, authored by the museum’s director, academician Rafael Huseynov.

The “Preface” also states that, the great Azerbaijan poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi wrote all his works in the past, always looking to the future and creating them for future generations.

Academician R.Huseynov praised the work by interpreter of Nizami poetry, stressing the importance of translations and publications of this kind. It was noted that, he continues to work on the translation of “Khamsa”.

It should be noted that, a book in the Slovak language will be presented in Bratislava in late May, at a large-scale presentation.
