It is known that by the relevant Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, 2021 has been declared the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi". The "Great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi International Congress of Social and Human Sciences" will be held on July 15-19, 2021 as part of the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi".

The organizers of the Congress are the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan-Cyprus Friendship Society.

The event will take place in Bursa with the support of the National Museum of Azerbaijani Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS, as well as several Turkish scientific and educational institutions.

Scientific articles will be published in a special issue of the well-known  “Turkishstudies”magazine with an international index.

 It should be noted that the director of the National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS, academician Rafael Huseynov is a member of the organizing committee of the congress.
