On April 8, “ADA” University held presentation of 4 volume of book dubbed “Alimardan bey Topchubashov. Favorites” published in Russian.

At the presentation ceremony designer of the bulk Ambassador of Poland to Azerbaijan Hasan Hasanov reminded the Order of the President Ilham Aliyev “On celebrating 150th anniversary of Alimardan bey Topchubashov” dated February 25, 2013 and stressed out that, the bulk has been published as a sequel of events devoted to his jubilee and covers social figure’s journalistic, political-social activities and his performance in exile as an statesman.

Editor of the edition Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Hungary stated that, Alimardan bey Topchubashov is one of the historical personalities who we are obliged to. He has thrown into an arena of politics and social activity just not only leader of his nation, but also a leader of entire Turkic-Muslim population of Russian Empire. His political tussle brought him to the line of founders of Azerbaijan People Republic. He managed the most difficult area – foreign policy and achieved great successes. A.Topchubashov had a major role in gaining Azerbaijan state independence.

He was historian-scientist, politician, journalist, notable social-political statesman as well.

Director of ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature Chairman of State Committee on National Culture, Milli Majlis Academician Rafael Huseynov spoke about great merits of PFA Parliament Chairman A. Topchubashov, who has played a vital role in awakening of national consciousness, in emerging PFA as a historical achievement of our people by merging features of Eastern culture and democratic values of Europe, recognizing PFA as a subject of international realm by world’s countries and in setting up diplomatic ties.
