Television programs will be developed in 2017-2021 to increase the interest of young people in science, technology and innovation. It was included in the State Program "Azerbaijani Youth 2017-2021" approved by President Ilham Aliyev's Order on September 15.

The work was entrusted to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Education, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and Science Development Fund under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
