The State Examination Center (SEC) has published the 6th issue of “Master” journal.

This issue of the journal announces the admission to the vacant places of higher education institutions and post graduate degree of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) for the 2018/2019 academic year.

The journal also provides guidance on selection and confirmation of specialization in the "Application for Bachelor's Electron Qualification Application", sample of "Bachelor's Electoral Qualification Selection", list of specializations of higher education institutions and post graduate degree of ANAS and other necessary information.
