Chairman of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan, People's Writer Anar was awarded a medal "Uzeyir Hajibeyli" founded by the Union of Composers of Azerbaijan. The medal was presented to the People's Writer by the chairman of the Union of Composers of Azerbaijan, People's Artist, correspondent member of ANAS Firangiz Alizadeh.

She spoke about the exceptional merits of the national writer Anar in Azerbaijani literature and his important works in the history of music. Speaking about the documentary film "Life is long chords", shot according to the script and directed by Anar, F.Alizadeh said: "For this reason we decided to hand over the medal "Uzeyir Hajibeyli" to our composer Anar. This film is a sign of great respect".
