In 2019, prominent representatives of Azerbaijani public thought, a prominent publicist and critic, a well-known lawyer and oriental scholar Ahmad Bey Agaoglu is 150th.

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to ensure the proper celebration of the 150th anniversary of Ahmad Bey Agaoglu I hereby decree:

1. To Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan to prepare and implement an action plan on the 150th jubilee of prominent public figure Ahmad Bey Agaoglu.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Order.
