Next 7 assembly of Academic Council on Problems of Philology chaired by Academician Rafael Huseynov, functioning under Republican Council for Research Organization and Coordination was held at National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi.

The meeting discussed the 12 theses on training 2 doctors of sciences and 10 PhD.

Considering a code of doctor's specialty titeled as "Literary and Critical Views of Masud Alioglu", the theme "Literary Activity and Literary and Critical Views of Masud Alioglu" of the doctoral student of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami of ANAS under the program of preparation PhD Nurlana Mammadova was approved by the Higher Attestation Commission.

Theme of dissertant for the training program of PhD of Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi Sevinj Shukurlu "Verbalization of positive and negative concepts in the English language (in comparison with the Azeri language)" approved with corrections to the title - "Positive and negative concepts in the English language."

Thus, at a meeting 5 theses with modification of headings 3 from them have been approved. 7 subjects to which authors the corresponding recommendations about the correct formulation of the research have been made, haven't been approved.

Along with Academician Rafael Huseynov acted and put forward their suggestions and recommendations Doctors of of Philological Sciences, Professors Aida Gasimova, Azad Musayeva, Badirhan Ahmadov, Bilal Ismayilov, Jalil Naghiyev, Shafaq Alibeyli, Korkmaz Guliyev, Nadir Mammadli, Ghazanfar Kazimov and Atamoghlan Hasanov.
