ANAS Regional Department Aran National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature after Nizami Ganjavi held event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of one of the outstanding representatives of contemporary Azerbaijan poetry, poet Musa Yagub.

Speaking at the event held at the secondary school of Atakishili village, Kurdamir region, head of Head of Aran Regional Museum Department, PhD in Philology Yagut Bahadurgizi spoke about Musa Yagub's love for her people and Motherland, as well as for reflecting in her work the harmony existing between man and nature.

At the event, the poems of Musa Yagub were performed by the chief librarian of the Kurdamir District Central Library Arastun Sadigov, the poet Abdulaziz Khanakhmedoglu and schoolchildren.

A jubilee ceremony performed by Honored Artist, Khanende Elnara Abdullayeva, Honored Worker of Culture, ashig Ahliman Shirvanli, laureate of the III Mugam Nigar Shabanova Competition, Ashug Elman Ismayilli, singer Arzu Karabagli, teacher of the National Conservatory, performer Mehman Mikailov, songs, mughams and samples of folk art.

In conclusion, Musa Yagub expressed gratitude to the organizers and participants of the event.
