29 years have passed since the Black January events. January 20, 1990 is one of the most tragic days in the modern history of Azerbaijan.

29 years ago, the patriotic Azerbaijanis, who honored the freedom, honor and dignity of the homeland, their people, passed through that terrible night and became martyrs.

Every year, the Azerbaijani people commemorate the victims of January 20 tragedy.

On January 20, members of the Presidium of ANAS, heads of institutions and organizations and a group of employees visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate the victims of the Bloody January tragedy.
