A scientific seminar on "Heydar Aliyev's cultural concept" dedicated to the national leader Heydar Aliyev's memory was held at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.

Professor Jeyran Mahmudova, rector of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts spoke about Heydar Aliyev’s merits in the cultural sphere, national and spiritual values.

Rector noted that, the majority of the seminar participants are prominent figures of culture and art of Azerbaijan, who care about Heydar Aliyev’s concern and care to culture.

Then, Director of ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijani Literature, academician Rafael Huseynov delivered a paper on Heydar Aliyev’s concept, he also spoke about his life and activity and unprecedented cultural development services.

He noted that, when Heydar Aliyev came to power, our republic significantly lagged behind in development. Since he came to power were establish and achieved success in cultural area.

At the end of his speech, R.Huseynov said that, the state policy laid down by the great leader, now successfully continues by AR President Ilham Aliyev and Azerbaijan has become one of the state having voice at the international level.
